Weathervane Terms and Conditions

Rates:  Rates include a $25.00 additional fee for each additional guest over the age of 5.

Reservation Confirmation:  To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card or deposit is requested.

Payments:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards (we do not accept American Express).  We accept travelers checks and US dollars.  The Balance of the room charges are due at the time of check-in.  

Check-in:  Any time after 2:00 P.M.  Please call to arrange an early check-in.

Check-Out:  11:00 A.M.  We will be happy to provide a suitable place to change at the end of the day.

Pets:  Are not allowed

Skimobile Parking:  No charge

Skies and Boot Storage:  We have a storage area at no charge

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received for the following terms will receive a refund. 

• 21 days or more (100%)

• 19 to 14 days (90%)

• 13 days or less (50%)

• 3 days or less (credit)

Cancellation fee can be credited to a future reservation of equal duration, provided that the cancellation was received a minimum of three days in advance.

Check-out before scheduled date:  No refund will be given on check-outs before the scheduled check-out date.
